We accept the following insurance plans:
- University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Student Insurance
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan
- Humana (some plans)
- WebTPA (some plans)
- Immergrun (some plans)
- WellCare(some plans)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our office has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a fee of $100/session. Insurance companies do not pay for sessions that were not attended and therefore, the client will be entirely responsible for the missed appointment/late cancellation fee.
