We believe all people have equal value, regardless of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, cultural backgrounds, social-economical-background, age, ability, and faith. We also recognize that in our current social climate, people are not treated with equity. It is our firm belief that we, as clinicians, are to embrace diversity, advocate for the oppressed, and heal the wounds that are caused by injustice. Every year, as a commitment to our support for the underrepresented and overlooked, our clinicians attend the annual Dennis H. May Conference on Diversity. We do this because we believe that our journey of embracing diversity never truly ends, and only be continuing to learn, can we provide the care you deserve.
