At Graceway Psychology Group, LLC, our core values celebrate inclusivity, integrity, excellence, and compassion.

Inclusivity Statement

We believe all people have equal value, regardless of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, cultural backgrounds, social-economical-background, age, ability, and faith. We also recognize that in our current social climate, people are not treated with equity. It is our firm belief that we, as psychologists, are to embrace diversity, advocate for the oppressed, and heal the wounds that are caused by injustice. Every year, as a commitment to our support for the underrepresented and overlooked, our psychologists attend the annual Dennis H. May Conference on Diversity. We do this because we believe that our journey of embracing diversity never truly ends, and only be continuing to learn, can we provide the care you deserve.

Integrity

All our psychologists have rigorous training and are held to the highest standards set forth by the American Psychological Association’s Code of Ethics. Graceway Psychology Group,LLC,  does not have an individual non-competition clause with our psychologists. If and when a psychologist chooses to leave our practice, but still chooses to provide care in the Champaign/Urbana community, we encourage them to continue treating their clients in their new settings. This has yet to happen here at Graceway, but we understand that staying with one practitioner is the most beneficial clinical practice for the well-being of the clients. Caring for the human heart always come first!

Standard of Excellence

Before a psychologist can join the Graceway Psychology Group, LLC,  we do an extensive reference check, which includes seeing if they have excellent feedback from former clinical supervisors and clients.

Legally, licensed clinical psychologists are required to obtain continued education throughout their career to maintain their license. But here at Graceway, we encourage our psychologists to go above and beyond the minimum requirement for continued education to continue to advance our clinical skills to serve our clients.

Compassion

Ten percent of our revenue goes into our Graceway Fund. Half of Graceway Fund goes toward non-profit organizations to serve the underserved populations. The other half is reserved for emergencies or any special circumstances that arise for all those who work at the Graceway Psychology Group, LLC, including full time employees and part-time contractors.

Although Graceway Psychology Group, LLC,  is a for-profit business, we are proud to offer sliding scale services on a case-by-case and limited basis.

OUR TEAM

Our team is extremely integral to how we carry out our practice, and we value every member. We have a team of Licensed Clinical Psychologists with a variety of expertise.
